I need ideas! Please!

I would like to up the amount of lean protei in my diet, and of course lower my carbs and fat just a hair. I am also upping my calories little by little. Dose anyone have any ideas on calorie dense lean protein? I have eggs and avocatio covered( yes I know that they are high in fat). Any other ideas? Maybe ones that don't seem so obvious?

    cottage cheese, yogurt, chicken, fish, beef jerky, milk, cheese, nuts, lentils, anythng that coms from an animal is high in protien =)

    Thanks Amy! I get the high in protein, but what about calorie dense? I'm not getting all of the calories that I need and my busy season is about to start. I'll need every calorie that I can get then.

    Chicken, turkey, white fish. When you need more calories, beef, pork, lamb, oily fish.

    Hang on, I've just read your post again. Calorie dense lean protein? For the protein to have high calories, it would have to have more fat, or more carbs. Choose one.
