    I'm 36...some days I feel older, and some days I feel younger, but I never feel my age. What does 36 feel, anyways?

    This big lads 37, tho I have a new lease of life and maybe a mid life crisis but Im addicted to the gym lol, never really exercised the previous 36 years but making up for it now :o)

    37, but my energetic, 11 year old, 5k running daughter keeps me feeling like I'm early 20s on a good day, early 80s on not-so-good days.

    amen to this post. i feel the same way. i know the better condition that i get into the even BETTER i will feel, although i feel great now.

    41 - not in the best shape of my life but on my way back there through setting goals to run marathons and half marathons while advancing each week to meet the ulitmate goal of a full. Just started to incorporate Les Mills Pump to tone up.

    36.. I will be 37 in 10days.. I have lost 30lbs so far. 19lbs while using MFP.. My 4 kidos keep me running as does my job..
