    I have about the same amount to lose... you just inspired me to keep going.
    I get discouraged knowing that it will take time.. and sometimes the scale
    just doesn't budge, or I start eating junk and it gets depressing. But it's true
    what they say..we don't gain all this weight over night so we're not gonna lose
    it over night.
