Bicycling calorie help?

I have gotten out the bike and trailer this spring so I can actually work out WITH my three year old, since he doesn't nap anymore. I am having trouble tracking calories burned doing this. My son weighs thirty pounds and we try to only ride on flat roads but I know it has to be burning more calories than riding alone. Does anyone know how to calculate calories burned?

You can pick some calculator as a guess, but it doesn't account for coast time, weight, or real effort. Your best bet is a HRM.0
