Losing faith :/

I've been doing this for a good 25 days now and I'm not really getting any results. The first few days I started to lose a bit but since then I have just gone back to my original weight. I have been really strict with myself and been exercising pretty much everyday. I've had two slight slip up days but that's it. I'm not overweight, I'm just trying to trim up for the summer. Have no idea what way to go about this whole thing as clearly what I'm doing just isn't working.... Any ideas?

    Not really no. I feeeel slightly slimmer but I just think its psychological because I'm eating a hell of a lot better than I used to..

    What's your current weight? You say you're not overweight, so when you're body's already at a "healthy" weight, it's really hard to shift any more pounds.

    If it's shape you're more interested in, I'd recommend strength training/ weights work.

    About 133lbs but I carry most my weight on my bottom half so I have quite wobbly legs and lower tummy fat which I really want to get rid of. But yes I guess it is a lot about shape as well. I'm just slightly annoyed because I absolutely adore food and being on this diet is making me slightly sad as I have been cutting out my favourite things!
