breakfast ; the morning after

Ok, so we are having a debate in my house. I 'fell off the wagon' last nite and we had a takeaway. I logged it while I was waiting for it to be delivered, but my stomach has shrunk and I didnt eat it all. I didnt bother changing my diary. But I got up this morning and ate the rest of it. Do I log it as extra, do i have to go back and change yesterdays then log it, or do I just ignore it as I have logged it yesterday. Kind of want to log it again, but that means it will show me eating way more than i did. Aaarrrgghhh, next time I will have a jacket potato lol

    I would be tempted to change yesterday to whatever proportion you ate then, and put the rest in as breakfast today. That way it's a true representation of what you actually ate when ou look back in the future. I definitely wouldn't post it twice though!
