I agree with Where's the beef. Eat an egg in the morning or some fish for lunch. You definitely need some protein here. Make sure you add it to dinner!

    1. You still have almost 1000 calories left for supper. Maybe eat more for breakfast... add an egg or 2 (which will also help with Dave's suggestion for protein).

    2. I don't see any veggies either. Lots of ways to go here.

Are you super hungry? Without protein and fiber I would not be able to function. The apple is good fiber, and the nuts are good protein, but you may need more.

I would also put more calories earlier in the day, and not so much for dinner.

the nuts are not enough protein. Good for a snack but you need more than that. Also there are no vegetables. What are you having for dinner?
Is this a typical day? It seems very light on foods to keep you going.

WHENEVER i DON'T KNOW WHAT TO EAT, i HAVE 2 SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH A SIDE OF VEGGIES (LIKE THE FROZEN STEAMFGRESH ONES). sUPER FAST, FILLING AND YUMMY. Sorry for the caps - didn't see it at first.

Lean protein and some veg should fill you up and keep you going. Good luck:flowerforyou:

your nutrition should include approximately 1/3 to 1/2 gram of protein for every pound you weigh. I weigh 192 (last weigh in) and am supposed to be taking in 66 grams of protein per day if I don't exercise at all. Without protein your body will feel starved even if it isn't.
