teenyjem got any websites that do low calorie dinners? i need to do a shop for healthy things but cant be bothered to check the calorie content on everything individually and THEN have to make a dinner with it?
or, does myfitnesspal have a section of actual meals? i cant seem to find it?
or ideas for recipes?
thanks
(sorry, am a newbie)

You can check out eatingwell.com. They have quick easy low cal recipes that list the nutritional information with the recipes. Or google healthy recipes with nutritional information and a bunch of sites will come up. Also you can enter your own recipes under the food category. This is easier done on a pc than the app. You log all items in a recipe, put the servings, and it calculates the nutritional information for you. Good luck to you on your journey!
Also try myrecipes.com. I just looked that one up and oh they have some delicious looking recipes!0 -
