Hi Everyone *waves*

I've been using MFP for about two weeks. At first I thought it was going to be a tedious task to count my calories and have always steered away from that approach to weight loss. MFP makes it extremely easy and I'm actually enjoying logging it all in. I'm a little OCD... Anyway, I've ALWAYS had weight issues. I come from an abusive childhood with an unstable mother that turned to food for comfort and I apparently followed in her footsteps. I'm now in a sable, supportive marriage and I really feel that, even though it will take probably almost a year to reach my goal, I'll be successful. :bigsmile:
