How do you explain to my "ALWAYS BEEN" thin sister that it's not always as simple as "Calories in, Calories out" when it comes to weight loss. I hit all my calories this week and worked out five of those days and gained a pound. (Not that I'm completely discouraged. I did lose 4 lbs last week and know next week will be great. Still, the question still stands.)

And to add to that, how is it that my "ALWAYS BEEN" thin sister is such an expert on weight loss????
