Hi everyone, I'm Dawn and have struggled with my weight for some time now, but in January 2011 I was diagnosed with a back injury (grade 2 spondylolithesis if you want to google it) and was advised to stop exercising meaning that my weight balooned and it was rather depressing.
I joined a Bootcamp group in June 2011 and was attending 3 x a week but without the right diet I was going nowhere! The instructor at Bootcamp was also a personal trainer and so I asked if he would take on the challenge, and in November 2011 after my 32nd birthday the challenge started.
So my food diary was checked and massively adjusted and I was now exercising 6 x a week, 3 x Bootcamp and 3 x PT. Weight just started to drop off and my fitness increased tenfold and I have very little problems with my back anymore.
Ok so my results:
Start
Weight: 114.2 Kg
Waist: 115 cm
Hips: 144 cm
R Thigh: 85 cm
L Thigh: 81 cm
Chest: 96
Current:
Weight: 92.6 kg
Waist: 94 cm
Hips: 122 cm
R & L Thigh: 72 cm
Chest: 85 cm
I make that 76 cm lost all over - with a weight loss 21.6 kg
I still have a little way to go until i reach my ultimate goal (which I would like to reach by my next birthday) but have certainly made a good start!

I got your first pic to show as well. You have spaces in your file name. So, when that happens, you need to: Every place there is a "%20" Delete them and just add a space in the file name after you paste into post. The better fix is not to put spaces in your file names.0 -
