PB 8:07/mile pace in a 10K event today. I was shooting for <8:30/m. The only training I did was Insanity workouts and one weekly run.

Thanks. I just looked at last years results for this same race and my time was 9:23/mile. P90X and Insanity have completely changed me...and there is much more work to be done.0
