I have started MFP about a week ago, and have found this to be the best site ever! I noticed the more people you have viewing your progress, the more you don't want to let anyone down. I am a 27 year old wife and mother of 3 small children. I am 5'5" and when I started last week I was @ 228 and am now 223lbs! I hope to gain more friends here! :-)
