What is the 30 day shred?

I'm pretty new to this site and have done an Isagenix cleanse (big mistake) and also a Wild Rose cleanse so I'm familiar with cleanses but someone please fill me in on the shred. I've noticed how alot of people are doing them and have alot of success. Thanks!!
