Hello everyone, I just found this site a few days ago and it's awesome. I've been needing some motivation to lose 10 lbs. and this is just what I need. I never had a weight issue until I gave birth to twins 28 years ago. I carried the extra weight all through my 20's. At 28, I decided to do something about it and joined WW. I became a lifetime member in 1993 and haven't attended a meeting since. I've been able to maintain my weight but now have 10 lbs. that have to come off. Now I'm 48, feeling sluggish and sore due to sitting in front of a computer all day long. (My pants are screaming at me and I don't like what I see in the mirror. My family says I look the same but I feel as if the world knows and people are staring. I've kept up good eating habits throughout the years. It's the exercise part that I need motivation on. I went on a walk yesterday, the first one in a long time. And it felt good. I'm glad to find you all!

You have to start exercising...it has changed my life!!! I am addicted to MFP and exercise. I feel sooooo GOOD..people are complimenting my weight loss and are guessing I have lost more than I have. They are also saying I seem so much happier. I have another 15 - 20 I want to lose. With the support of my friends here I know I will get there.

The age thing is a challenge. My weight is coming off slow. This time I am OK with it and enjoying the journey! You can do it.

    Feel free to friend me
