Hi, I am new to myfitnesspal so feel free to offer any advice. I am an overwieght 53 year old diabetic female who is very sedentary! No, correct that.....I was sedentary! For the last three weeks I have been working hard to make changes. Eating healthy, walking everyday, and feeling wonderful! So, that being said....I need all the help I can get to stay motivated!
