No Appetite

I ate breakfast early this morning. Usually by now I would have eaten a little snack and lunch. I'm just not hungry at all today though and nothing sounds good. Should I make myself eat anyway? Or is it good to just wait until I'm hungry?

    As long as you're eating when you're hungry, just listen to your body.
  • As long as you get your min of 1200 calories by the end of the day, having a longer break between meals is fine. Personally, even when I don't have much of an appetite, I have a small little snack before my next meal like 10-20 almonds or apple sauce. Neither snacks are really filling but they give me the few extra calories I need for the day :P
