Hi all, my name is Kate and I'm 23 years old. I actually recovered from atypical anorexia 3 years ago and have obviously had to put on weight during my treatment. I threw my scales out about a year ago so I've no idea how much I actually weigh but I fit in a UK size 8 on top and a size 10 on bottom. However, recently the bottom side of things are only JUST fitting into 10's. Basically, I want to eat healthily, stay on track and just exercise more so that I feel better about myself and feel fitter.

My lifestyle is pretty go go go. I wake up at 6am and cycle to work where I work 7am until 7.30pm in a hospital so on days when Im working, its pretty hard to find time to exercise more than the 30 mins bike ride and im usually pretty exhausted by the time i get home. Ive just started doing home dvds on my days off but Im basically just wanting some support from other people who are looking to be healthy. I never want to go back to having an eating disorder so this for me is just about staying focused and healthy.

:)
