HIIT/CIRCUIT TRAINING....CALORIES BURNED

I did about 12-15 minutes of exercise.

5 rounds of hiit jump roping and 30:60 and

2 rounds of nerdfitness beginners bodyweight routine.

I don't know how or if I should log it. :huh: :huh:

    It definitely burned some calories, but no telling how much. Best bet is to get a heart rate monitor so you know how much it burned. Then you know exactly what to log.
