I've only been doing this a couple months and I've never participated in a social networking site before. So far, I've learned from these forums that sending friend requests without a comment is a no-no. But, what is an appropriate level of support for MFP friends through news feed comments?
I like to watch my friends' progress and do what I can to help if they have a questions or problems. But I'm already bored with "way to go", "amazing" and "wow". There really isn't much to say to everyone's diary and exercise logs everyday.
