I think I originally posted in wrong section...oops! Anywho...



I did about 12-15 minutes of exercise.

5 rounds of hiit jump roping and 30:60 and

2 rounds of nerdfitness beginners bodyweight routine.

I don't know how or if I should log it. :huh:
