30 Day Shred and a Challenge

I've become too obsessed about weighing myself, like every single day, sometimes twice a day and my mood depended on what the scales said...

So I'm starting the 30 day shred tomorrow, and i'm not weighing myself for 30 days... or taking my measurements. I'm taking my measurements and weighing mysel tomorrow morning, then not til after 30 days!!

Excited and nervous. If I don't lose any weight/inches i'll be sad!! But still... if the 30DS helps me get fit that's all that matters :)

Anyone got any positive experiences/advice for the 30 DS?

    I am 1/2 way through L2 of 30DS and am very pleased with the results so far. I was getting frustrated during level 1 so just to prove to myself that it wasn't doing anything...I was WRONG!!! I lost a total of 8.5 inches after L1, No weight but inches, which are better! I haven't re-measured and won't till after L2 is done next week.

    I am taking 2 weeks to do each level because it is more realistic for my schedule that way and quite frankly I need a rest day or to in there because I am also doing cardio along with the 30DS. Thurs. and Sun. are my rest days.

    Advice: stick with it, it does get easier after day 3 or 4 and you might want to do some extra stretching along with it.
