I'm training for a 10 K in May and then a Half Marathon in September. I've decided to change up my fitness routine.

My New Fitness Routine will be:

Mondays - Running day
Tuesdays-Body Pump/Crossfit
Wednesday-Elliptical or swimming
Thursdays- Running day
Fridays-Elliptical
Saturdays-Long Running day and Body Pump/Crossfit
Sundays-Stretch day/Rest day


What does your fitness routine look like?

    The schedule I follow when I'm training is:

    Mondays - Strength, full body
    Tuesdays - Run - 5-6 miles
    Wednesday - for my 10-K it was a cross night, for my Half I alternated fartleks and hill training every other week
    Thursdays - Strength, full body and 3 mile run
    Fridays - Rest
    Saturdays - 45-60 minutes cross (usually ARC trainer)
    Sundays - Long run day

    All of my races have been on Sundays, so I wanted to make sure that was in my schedule from the start.
