Hi everyone...Im just starting my lifestyle change this week and it is going soooo good. I have been overweight my entire life and now its time for me to make some changes. I am 32 and have one daughter who is eight. I have to get into shape so that I can see her grow up. I would love to meet other people on here that way I can encourage someone and someone can encourage me...:wink:

    Hi there!!! I'm new here too, so I'm willing to lend a hand!!! I'm 34 and have been here for 2 days, 3 if you include the night I signed up. I don't have any kids of my own, but I have a friend with a son who'll turn 12 this July. I've been overweight for the best of my life, too, and I've had it, so after a friend of mine mentioned this place to me on Facebook, I thought I'd give it a shot. Glad I did!!! I have epilepsy, so going to the gym is out of the question for me. Glad I know some exercises from fitness magazines!!! I lost 40 pounds on my own since September 2010, but landed on a plateau, so here I am to lose another 48, maybe more. If you need another friend, just add me to your list if you like!!! I'm like you, I could use all the help I can get!!! LOL :laugh:
