no motivation at all!

I'd planned to lose weight for the 20th april, 5 days! i am ranging from 9 st 2 - 9st 5 repetively and I need to get a grip and become focused! Tonight I have had another overload of food but i need determination!
I need to do it any advice or anyone in the same situation as me, now i have 5 days to lose 4 pounds! which is unhealthy but would certainly make me one happy person!
