A bit confused

Hello guys,

I've been reading the message boards lately and I keep reading a lot of contradicting things. Either people contradict each other or they contradict MFP. I've been letting MFP tell me how many calories I should eat a day, 1530 calories. Is that a mistake?

My estimated BMR is: 1,632 calories/day*
My BMI is: 32.6
My TDEE is: 2333

I'm confused, how many calories should i be eating, without exercise, to lose 1 pound/week? Or should I just do what MFP is telling me to do?
