? about 30-day shred

Someone on another thread said she used the shred series off of Youtube, so I just looked at them to see what they were like. Encouraging to know the aerobic class I take 2 nights a week incorporates most of what Jillian does, so maybe I can do the shred on my own. I knew that class was a "killer." And since it's like the shred, then yeah, it's a major workout (and I'm 58). Although parts of Levels 2 and 3 may be beyond me at the moment.
My question, though, is how should you (i know to work at my speed supposedly?) go through the levels so that it actually is a 30-day shred? That doesn't work out to two weeks on each one.

It's 10 days per level and we'd take one day off per week. However, you could just do it for two weeks and make it a 6 week program instead of a 30-day.0

Thanks. Duh, that makes sense. Silly me thought it was an every other day workout. Might know it's not if it's Jillian.0
