Body Pump- how often?

Any feedback on how many times a week to do Body Pump classes? Can you get results if you do it 1-2 times per week? That's what best fits my schedule.

    Many of the ladies of this site would say that Body Pump doesn't fill the position of a resistance training, so I'm not sure what results you mean. It is a variation of a cardio class IMO. So it will enable you to eat more calories and maintain the same deficit.
