Hello

Ok, here I go again lol (said this before). I usually do not do well trying to lose weight if I dont have some way to hold myself accountable. Stumbled on this sight and I wanted to give it a try. Changing eating habits for me is hard, but I have started by trying to cut out fried food and fast food. Those are by far the most unhealthy habits I have. Rome wasnt built in a day, and I keep telling myself that. Looking forward to how this goes.
