I discovered something wonderful for when I'm having a sweet craving!
Mix 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup with 1 cup of almond milk. It tastes exactly like chocolate covered almonds!!!

Here is a low-calorie and low-fat version:
I use AH!LASKA Organic Non-Dairy Chocolate Syrup. (50 calories and 0 grams fat in 1 tablespoon. It also has no refined sugar)
I use Blue Diamond Natural Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original almond milk (40 calories and 3 grams of fat)

Much healthier than having a bowl of ice cream or a few cookies! And very tasty and filling!

I've also used a brand of almond milk called Pacific Natural Foods. I think they have a low calorie version as well.
Both brands also have a sweetened almond milk as well which is very yummy on its own! And it's not sweetened with refined sugar so that's a plus! :drinker:
