How do you change the calories on a food that is already saved? I sometimes only eat half of an item (ie: smart ones)....

A lot of times I eat only half of a serving of something. You should be able to change the serving size but I am not sure how to change the calories per serving.
If it is in your food diary you can click on the name of the food and then change the amount. I do not know how to change the calories per serving a food already saved.

Hi
I found if you add the item to your food diary then when back in food diary click on the item and you get an edit box 0.5 works for half .25 .30 etc till you get the like yesterday pasta serving 75g I wanted more pasta less sauce so I wanted to make 100g it wasn't listed as a serving size I just played with the edit food box till it was about right.
Hope this helps.

I agree with Vicky and that's what I do on my counter -- adjust the portion size even look to see if there is an option for grams or ounces to get you closer to your intake and the program adjusts the nutrition value from there for you.0
