Looking for people who are wanting to gain muscle.

I want to add some friends who are trying to gain muscle and gain alittle weight add me so i can see how your diet looks and me and my wife can figure this out. She is great on how to lose weight. She has a profile on here as well but she has no clue on how for me to gain weight!! So if you are on here to gain weight and to really gain alot of muscle add me!

  • I'm trying to add muscle and loose weight, however the diet should look very close to the same. High protein and high carbs, the carbs keep you going throughout your workout while the protein is needed to build muscle. The key to muscle building is to keep your metabolism at a anabolic state instead of catabolic like you want to be if you're trying to cut the weight.
