Help....

I feel like I will never get a flat tummy :( I haven't been able to do any workout videos because i work until really late, and then am tired to the point where i can't get up early to do anything other then to feed my son and then get ready to head to work.....can someone give me a suggestion as to what I should do?

With my job, I am usually walking anywhere between four to six hours a day, just to let everyone know.

    This is what my trainer says. You can do all the crunches and toning in the world, but you'll never have a flat tummy if you're not eating right. So... 1st advice is to eat well. Really well.. Make that your #1 focus.

    Second... you have to exercise. If it's important to you, you will either stay up 30 minutes later or get up 30 minutes earlier to accomplish it. No excuses.
