One month ago i began to go gym and to controll my food. I'd like my body stronger, my hips round and my legs hard.

Hello. There are some options you can find online that can help you find a program that best suits you.
You can find workout routines in Muscle Fitness Hers or bodybuilding.com.
I follow Beachbody program which have workout videos and provide nutrition as well. Right now, I will be doing a routine fro Cathe Friedrich for the next 90 days, since I am almost mover my 1 week rest after completing P90X2.
I have and obtained great results for a few years now.
So, on the exercises you need.. I would advice doing a combination of cardio and weights, 3 days weights, 3 days cardio. You can start with light weights like 5-10 lbs depending on the exercise. Again, by going online you can find workout routines, but the nutrition is crucial for your success. Take a little time to do some research and I am sure you will come across the perfect program for you.

I also love beachbody workouts and am currently doing insanity mixed with some strength from p90 x..
I can say the biggest part of me that has changed is my hip thigh area from insanity. Also slim in 6 series are wonderful for slimming the thigh area. As for weights just do what you can and build from there, I like incorporating resistance bands too for a change.0
