I have been cigarette free for six weeks today! After 10 years of smoking on and off, I've kicked the habit and hope to stay quit. I used Chantix to quit initially, but have been off that for three weeks. I've had very few cravings and I barely remember that I used to smoke. lol
Smoking was definitely holding me back from my health goals. I felt like I couldn't exercise or that it didn't matter. Now I'm smoke free and it feels great! I breathe better, taste things better, and smell better. It feels like I can really start focusing on my weight loss and long term health.
