Hey Y'all,
I am about a week into this site and still trying to figure it out. I always quit any diet that I am on or any exercise program that I start. I finally just decided that this is something that I want to do for myself and not anyone else. My husband P.Ts all the time since he is a Marine and I am the one sitting on the couch watching tv. So I decided to get P90X and follow their 90 day plan and see what happens. In one week I lost 5 lbs and my body was hurting, so I knew it was working. But now in week 2, I have not lost any weight and I am starting to get disappointed again. I am hoping by logging my food on this site it will help me see exactly what I am putting in my body. Looking forward to accomplishing my personal goal.

One way to look at it - on Biggest Loser (if you watch) week 2 is usually a very tough week for the contestants...maybe your body is doing the same thing...just keep at it I've only heard good things about the results from P90X.
You can do it!0 -
Hey I currently live in SC too! Don't get discouraged.....look into your inches and not so much pounds. My mom did P90 and didn't lose a pound until her 3rd week but she lost a "few" inches during the 1st 2 weeks! Hang in there and logging everything you eat definitely helps because it'll make you more accountable. Good luck and kudos for doing P90...I tried it and it just wasn't motivating/fun for me :grumble:0

Thanks I have to admit the workout alone doesn't get me excited, and I am doing it by myself. But I have friends who did well with it.0
