Training when sick

Currently I am super duper ill and in pain - fluey, upset tummy, generally very achey abd weak sore throat/cold etc. and miss working out :( I normally workout like 6 or 7 times a week and it sounds ocd-ish but this week cos ive been ill I fitted in 5 times and feel annoyed and bored and wanna exercise argh!! But atthe same time I feel absolutely dreadful :( bas anyone else soldiered on when theyve caught a bug? Or do you rest up?
