so i'm trying to lose weight. i also want to maintain my muscle, but i have no access to gym or free weights.
i run for at least 33 min a day (usually 35-40) , i'm 5'6" and weight appropriately 51kg. i know it's a healthy range but i feel and look very 'soft' carry most of my weight around my belly and tights :grumble: and want to drop at least to 49kg
what carb, fat and protein ratio would be the best?
thanks! :flowerforyou:

Personally, I stick to a 40/40/20 carb/protein/fat ratio. Gives me the energy to get some good runs in, while maintaining weight and building lean muscle. I think this would be your best bet as you don't need to lose weight and just want to tone.0

If you run a lot, it doesn't really matter.0
