Anyone fancy critiquing my exercise regime?

Hi all,

I am trying to lose weight but also get fitter and stronger at the same time. If anyone has a minute to have a look at what I am currently doing and suggest possible improvements/changes etc then I would be very grateful!

An Average Week (all classes are 1 hour)

Monday - Swimming
Tuesday - Body Pump class
Wednesday - Body Combat Class
Thursday - Zumba
Friday - Body Combat followed by Body Pump
Saturday - Body Combat (sometimes, depends on other plans but I do it when I am free)
Sunday - Nothing.

Dietwise, I am set at 1320 but I do eat my exercise calories back if that makes any difference!
