30lbs in 90 days

Its hard for me to believe that I've been this successful. In my last weight loss success (2005) I lost 30 lbs in 5 months, simply by logging foods.
This time around I have cut down on carbs (though allow the occasional carb spree) and loosely follow a ketogenic diet, which is difficult, since I only eat fish and eggs. I can feel just how much easier this is, this go around. I'm also currently just wrapping up lvl 2 of the 30 Day Shred, so that could explain the big difference between the last before and after I did.
I don't always eat back exercise points, but I eat anywhere from 1250-1450 calories a day.
Here's a picture of me, the before and after I did 3 weeks ago, where I didn't see a significant difference.

The before is around 230, taken in the spring of 2011, when I suddenly realized *just* how fat I was.
These were taken last summer, and yesterday (April 14), its the same dress, but also the dress I had to take in 2.5 inches, and could have taken in more. Sadly, that awesome belt is going to be donated soon, since it's not adjustable, and is simply too big (uhm, YAY!).

Oh, and no, the left picture's aspect ratio is not skewed. I've been asked this by two people now, and I assure you, the rest of the people in the original photo look healthy and normal.

Congrats, you're looking really great! I added you as a friend...looks like we have a similar journey! I haven't been at this quite as long but we started at the same weight and we're the same height and almost the same age.
