This may be a stupid question but...

Whenever I work out, I get a really cold sensation in the back of my throat and the gums of my bottom teeth get really sensitive and cold. This mainly happens when I'm doing cardio and it has been happening for as long as I can remember, but I'm not sure if this is normal or not. What could this be?

no. I generally breathe through my nose. It's just a really odd sensation. It never really seemed alarming, but seeing as I've been doing a lot more cardio now, its kind of annoying0 -
Are you drinking enough water each day?
