Hi everyone,

I am getting married in 7 weeks and want to get on the wagon well and truly to make positive changes to my body in this time.

Has anyone got any pics, stories, anecdotes about your results in 6/7 weeks Id love to hear them!! I'm 5"7 and would love to loose 10lbs in this time. This will take me into my healthy BMI and happy and healthy into my new married life!

Thanks!#
T

You can do it!!! I have lost 20 lbs in about 6 1/2 weeks. Keep in the green on your diary, especially the fats and sugars. That will really help.
  • you can do it! I think in 6-7 weeks of exercise and staying under my calories I was able to lose around 20lbs! One choice at a time is all you need! You CAN do it! And Congrats!

You can definitely do this! This is the biggest motivation ever! :) knowing how you will feel and look will keep you going, good luck!! And have a lovely wedding day! :flowerforyou:
  • I have been losing 12-15lbs every 6 weeks following a slow carb diet with almost no exercise (besides walking about 2 miles a day to and from school) and with one cheat day every week.

    Forgot to mention, I'm 5' 7" also.
  • Thanks for all the replies! Youre all so supportive and have done so well! Any advice on how to keep going? Did you all eat back your excercise cals? are you on low cals or BMR cals? Looking for the healthiest but also most effective way x:smile:

    what is slow carb?
  • basically, no white foods or foods that could be white (rice, pasta, sugar, etc), no fruit, no dairy. Carbs from vegetables or beans are fine. it's the diet outlined in the book "the 4 hour body"
