    I saw your after photo, you accidentally deleted the period in front of jpg. I'm sure you'll get it fixed. :)

    Edit your original post and put in a period in front of "jpg" towards the end.

    You can for sure see the progress keep up the great work. You are about my height and I am in a similar boat. How old are you Whats your target weight if you don't mind me asking? I was shooting for 165.
