Nifty little peddles :)

i was browsing round a car boot/ yard sale when i noticed a small, bright pink set off peddles attached to the stand, (it's meant for exercise and wasn't just taken off a bike :laugh: :laugh: ) It's a small pink stand with peddles coming off either side and you just sit there while watching tv/pc or even eating my snack like i did :laugh: just peddling away! :smile: I only paid £2!!!! (this is $3.27)
for an 180lbs person it burns off :Bicycling, stationary, moderate effort

15 min :123 1 hour :492

I could really recommend buying one because an hour could be your workout for the day :smile: :smile: :smile: :smile:
