im so chuffed with myself although having a long way to go yet after several attempts at dieting this is the first time in years i have broke through the two stone loss barrier . and i reached this goal before target date too .. i now know i have to take things a bit slower so skin and weight loss hopefully even out and i run less risk of putting weight back on .. im finding reading all the success stories such a help with my battle . so thank you all that have made it for sharing .
