Can I use this massive burn to my advantage?

Hey Friends! I just finished a Les Mills Sh'bam module. It was two days of practicing and performing a 45 minute dance class. Yesterday I burned 4300 according to my Body Media. Today it should be around 3500 calories. What is the best thing to do when dealing with this kind of burn? Can I use it to my advantage? In my head I think to try and eat normally and hold that burn, but I also know what I need to re feed my body. What is the best plan? Thoughts? Thanks!

Eat regular meals today.
Understand that doing this every day will lead to overtraining and possibly sickness or injury.0 -
this is NOT an every day. LOL! It was a two day training to become an instructor. No way could I do this even a third day. Ha!0

Refuel, until you feel satiated. if you are super hungry monday eat a little more. I WOULD not eat all those calories. I have 3 les mills certs so I know what you are going through.0

I'm not physically tummy rumbling hungry...but my body/mind wants to EAT! I ate quite a bit yesterday...had a splurge dinner of Thai food. YUM. After two days of Sh'Baming I think I deserved it. LOL! Back on track now. What are you certified in? I now have Pump, CXWORX, Combat and Sh'Bam. I think I'm Sh' DONE for now. :-D0
