Insanity progress pics after month 1

Just finnished up month one of Insanity. About to start recovery week then move on to the good stuff. I wasnt able to do 4 weeks straight. Took a week off to nurse an injured knee but been good since then. Before coming on to this site I lost 10 lbs by just switching up my diet. Wasnt to hard to do I had a HORRIBLE diet. My idea of protein after a workout was milk and cookies. LOL!!
Unfortunately these pics are after the initial 10 but still can see a bit of improvement.
So here are some side by side comparisons. Hopefully I did this right!

Thanks. Wasnt sure I was gonna be able to complete it after I hurt my knee but that was after the 2 week mark. These last 2 weeks knee has felt pretty good. Still has its moments but its bearable. Now for the fun stuff!!!0

Yes 100% right there. After that week off I concentrated so much on the form. Wasnt as fast as I had been but doing it much better and now at end of 4th week I am as fast as originally, maybe a tad faster, but with much better form.0 -

Fabulous job!! I just finished week 1 and I love it!! Its not my knees that ever bother me but my wrists get a bit sore

Great job. I just started insanity today again. I did it a couple years and got to the last 2 weeeks of the program and I had to stop cause my knees were killing me. This time I'm gonna focus on form!! Keep it up!!0
