hi everyone.
just had a couple of weeks on an atkins type diet but find it too inflexible to stick to long term and wonder about the healthiness of it. iv yo yoed for years and really want a good eating/exercise approach as a lifestyle. my biggest problem is all my weight is in the middle (mainly due to pcos) and would like to know if anything specifically would help this area. i know its the last place fat goes from but if anyone with this has successfully reduced their waistline id be grateful if you can give me some pointers.
thanks for reading
