Young in Greens

Hi there. I'm 100% new to anything fitness related and I'm open to any and all suggestions even if I can't employ them now. I want as much info as possible. Now about myself...

I'm currently 18 years old at 191 lbs with an anxiety disorder. This tends to make watching what I eat difficult or planning anything for that matter, because I end up -worrying- about what I need to eat instead.
I also am not the most wealthy of people, so I can't simply purchase things like a gym membership or fitness dvds or even certain healthier substitute foods.

I spend most of my time sitting on my butt, drawing and sketching since that is what i enjoy doing the most. I also like to dance but where I live is too small to do much of that without hitting my limbs on some piece of furniture.

I love travelling every few years and I enjoy hearing about different kinds of people and how they live their lives. I'm a bit of an observer.

I'm looking to make friends who can support me, and I'll do my best to support them as well! =]
