Feeling More Exposed as I Lose Weight

I've only lost ten pounds thus far but I'm starting to notice differences in my appearance and I must say it's a bit scary. I think that my weight has been like armor between me and everyone else. I put on most of my weight when I was married to an abusive man. Now watching it come off it's making me nervous for some reason. Anyone else glad to see the scale move down but I little scared at the same time? I don't know how to be a thinner woman!!!
